Sunday Morning Kids’ Programming

KIDS (5-12yrs)

Kids and families join in worship with “Big Church” at 11am in the sanctuary. After our opening worship songs and prayers, we have a short Kids' Moment in the sanctuary; kids are invited to gather near the stage then they head up to the 2nd floor with our leaders (we meet in a room called Goforth Hall). If it’s your first time with us, please join us with your child to meet Frances and our leaders, and see what we’re up to!

TINY TOTS (1-4yrs)

Toddlers and pre-schoolers are invited to Tiny Tots on the 2nd flr, right as you exit the elevator in the daycare space. Tiny Tots is open before the service (Sept-June) so you can choose to drop your young ones off before worship, or join in the first bit of worship and walk up with them after the Kids’ moment. In Tiny Tots, we’ll do things like sing a few bible songs, read a bible story, partake in a related activity, and have some free play time to connect.

HELPFUL FAMILY INFO

• While in the sanctuary for worship, we have a few things for kids: Near the front at the sides (transepts), we have a selection of kids books and a few quiet activities. Please help yourself while you’re in the sanctuary!

• Snacks! Nut-free snacks are provided in Tiny Tots and Kids’ church. Nut-free snacks are welcome in the sanctuary to help your young ones along.

• Nursing: Women are welcome to nurse in the sanctuary. For less distracting spaces, the Nursery and Winchester Room are open (Nursery and Winchester Room are through the doors at the front of the sanctuary). The Goforth Hall (2nd flr), where Kids’ Church happens also has couches and chairs you’re welcome to use.

• Diaper changing: There is a change table in the nursery washroom (1st flr, beside the Winchester Room). Just wipe down the tabletop with sanitizing wipes after use.

• Toilets: Main floor washrooms, basement washrooms (accessible through the Narthex), and the toilet in the Nursery are open for use.
