You're invited to Knox's 2019 Annual Congregational Meeting!

Be a part of the decision-making process for ensuring good stewardship and governance at Knox by coming to the Annual Congregational Meeting—happening after the November 3 morning service in the Winchester Room. Lunch will be provided. We will be going over Knox’s financial statements, approving the Constitution—one of the most important documents for Knox’s structure—electing trustees, and engaging in corporate prayer.

In preparation for the meeting, if you’d like to learn more about our constitution, come out to the Information Session happening next Sunday, Oct. 27 after 11am worship. 

We’re also taking nominations for trustee positions, so if you want to nominate one of our members, contact Paul Derksen, our chair of Trustees, whose contact information you can find in the bulletin. Finally, pick up a copy of our annual financial report, which you can find in the Narthex or on pews in the Winchester hallway.
