Bring the kids along for a fun-filled day of music, games and Bible study to learn about what worship is!

Kids will join us for worship in the morning and lunch.

Teens

Join us for the plenary and seminars, then debrief over ice cream with your youth leaders!

Keynote speaker, David Bailey, will be teaching about worship, justice and reconciliation in the morning. In the afternoon we'll have three breakouts to choose from:

• The Intergenerational Church with Tim Day, Executive Director of City Movement

• Reconciliation and Worship with David Bailey, Founder and Executive Director of Arrabon

Keynote Speaker - David Bailey

David M. Bailey believes that the Church should lead by example in cross-cultural engagement and reconciliation. He’s the founder and executive director of Arrabon; a ministry that equips and empowers Christians to effectively engage in the ministry of reconciliation. He is the co-author of the Race, Class, and the Kingdom of God Study Series. David is the executive producer of documentary 11am: Hope for America’s Most Segregated Hour and the Urban Doxology Project. He's rooted at East End Fellowship and serves as a teaching elder.

Breakout Session Speaker - Tim Day

Tim Day is the Executive Director of City Movement. City Movement is a ministry helping business leaders, para-church ministries and churches work together for to advance the Jesus’ message and mission in their City Movement. Tim works closely with FaithTech, a ministry focused on mobilizing Christians working in technology. Previously, Tim served for fourteen years as the senior pastor at The Meeting House. He is also the author of God Enters Stage Left, a creative retelling of God’s story.

Kenny Wallace, Worship Leader & Kids Conference

Kenny Wallace, Aboha ‘a Chihowa, is an Afro-Metis from the United States with heritage from the Choctaw and Pawnee Nations as well as being African-American. He is completing a doctorate in Worship Studies at the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies with a focus on Christian contextualization of Indigenous worship. He teaches nationally and internationally about multi-ethnic worship with his organization Kingdom Reflections Multi-Ethnic Worship Ministries. He has been volunteering across Canada by hoop dancing in the Way of Jesus both at powwows and for Blanket Exercises hosted by Kairos Canada. He is also a certified ethnoarts specialist with the International Council of Ethnodoxologists. He is married to Achlai, an esteemed leader in her own rite, and has a four year old growing worship leader named Hadassa.
