After the service, Winchester Room

During the sermon series on discipleship through conflict, we are encouraging deeper conversation about the biblical teaching by inviting everyone to lunch together for the next three Sundays. A few conversation questions prompted by the sermon will be provided for your time around the table.

As a counter-point to the conflicts we experience, the table (both the Communion table and meal table) provides a tangible image and experience of Christian reconciliation. Sitting down together and sharing a meal is a concrete picture of loving community. Despite our differences, 
we come together to share a meal 
and discuss how we can become a reconciling community.
