Growing the Practice of Discernment

Jesus promises that “my sheep hear my voice. I know them and they follow me” (John 10).
A vital part of following Jesus is growing in our capacity to attend to the voice of Jesus; but how do we hear it apart from all the noise we hear every day? Pastor Phil will be offering a four-week class in the practice of spiritual discernment, exploring biblical foundations and practical ways to open our ears and hearts to the witness of the Spirit in our lives, growing our skills in discerning well. The class will involve online talks that you can view at your own pace and four scheduled evening discussion times: Wednesday October 7, 14, 21 and 28.
