Annual Congregational Meeting
JUNE 25 AT 1:00PM | IN THE SANCTUARY + ONLINE
All who call Knox their home church are invited to join in this annual review of ministry plans for the year ahead, updates from our leaders, and a review of the budget for the upcoming year. To prepare, read through the Annual Report and the Meeting Package. These documents are linked below and will be distributed to members and adherents in our database by either mail or email.
A few notes for the day
We will serve a light lunch after 11:00am worship before the meeting begins at 1:00pm.
Parents with small children are welcome to participate as your able! We will set up the Winchester Room with lunch items, quiet toys, and a large screen to view and participate in the meeting. We hope this helps!
Those unable to attend in person are welcome to join in through Zoom. The details have been sent out to members and adherents in our database.
TRUSTEE ELECTION
In preparation for our Annual Congregational Meeting on June 25, the Trustees are now receiving nominations for new members to join them. Trustees look after the administration of the Jesse Ketchum Trust Fund and make a minimum of a 1 year commitment to serve on this important committee of our church. Read the full role description at knoxtoronto.org/trustee-description, prayerfully consider anyone Knox member you know may be a good fit, ask if they’re open to serving, and then contact Paul Derksen, Chair of the Trustees with your nomination, trustees@knoxtoronto.org.
