A few months ago our church leadership decided to conclude our previous community ministry model, the Knox Youth Dinner and Food Bank (KYDFB). Despite this change, particularly during the pandemic, we continued to serve the community by providing grocery hampers to sustain the needs of vulnerable community members.

With the past model of ministry concluded, we are now in a time to dream about how we can reframe and rethink our community ministry efforts and how they better integrate into the life of our church. This is where we need your voice and prayers!

After extending an invitation to both church folks and community folks to join us, we have a good number of respondents to join in the conversation. Sign up is now closed.

We now invite all to pray for this event.

Pray that it would be a meaningful and fruitful time of sharing and dreaming about what we can do together in the future days and months and that the Holy Spirit would lead the way to future ministry plans.
