We are continuing on our journey of site renewal. Following extensive restoration of our church building, we are looking ahead to future changes to the property. Knox Church, together with our development partner Greenwin, is proposing to redevelop the northern and southern portions of the Knox Church property with:

• A new purpose-built rental building (including a dedicated portion of affordable housing)

• A new mixed-use, purpose-built rental building (including dedicated church space) and open space area

We are inviting our surrounding community to a drop-in open house to hear your thoughts and input on the initial development proposal.
